Property issue resolution
If you experience any issues with your property or feel some maintenance is required, then please notify us via the Helpdesk and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.Online User Manuals & Document Store
All appliance instruction manuals and important property documents are stored electronically for your convenience. You’ll receive a link to access these documents online when you move in. While some paper copies may be available in the property, our goal is to have everything stored digitally.
If you don’t have the link or notice any missing documents, please contact the Helpdesk to request an upload.Tenancy Agreement and Rent

Emergencies
Property emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and when they do, you have a responsibility as a tenant to act promptly to prevent unnecessary damage to the property.What To Do in an Emergency1. Contact Us First:
Always inform us of any issues as soon as possible via the Helpdesk or on WhatsApp/Mobile: 07496 159974.2. If You Can't Reach Us:
If we are unavailable and it's an emergency, you are permitted to arrange for a qualified tradesperson to resolve the issue yourself.3. Reimbursement:
The landlord will reimburse any reasonable costs incurred, provided:
- The work is completed to an acceptable standard.
- You provide receipts and details of the work carried out.4. Your Responsibility:
If you ignore an urgent issue and the property suffers unnecessary damage as a result, you may be held liable for the costs of that damage.Prompt action protects both your home and your deposit. If in doubt, always contact us as soon as possible.
